At who is this treatment directed?
At people who look for comfort and hygiene, and make-up that doesn't alter during the day. This treatment offers permanent beauty, without an age limit. The current aim in micropigmentation is to maintain the unique identity of each person, respecting their features. So, the treatment is intended for highlighting the features, and correcting what time alters, but without any big changes.

How long does it remain in a good state?
Depending on the type of skin, the technique used, the area treated, and the type of pigments, the result will last from between 2 and 5 years.
It's advisable to retreat the area after one month, and after 12 months, to evaluate the condition of the micropigmentation, and decide when re-treatment should occur.

Is there any special maintenance required?
No, micropigmentation doesn't require any thorough maintenance, no more than usual.
In the micropigmented area:
· use a full screen sun protection
· do no apply laser, especially on the upper lip, as it could darken the colours. Let the laser technician know so that   they can cover the area.
· do not apply acidic treatments (glycolic acid, retinoic acid, or similar) to the area. Let the aesthetics specialist know   of the micropigmentation, so that they can protect the area.
· retreat the area after 12 months, for good maintenance.

How can it be removed?
The immune system itself eliminates the pigmentation particles. If you don't want to do the treatment again, the colour will disappear bit by bit until it is completely gone, after a period of 2 to 5 years. If for any reason you needed to eliminate the pigmentations immediately, it would only be possible with a certain type of laser.

Is micropigmentation painful?
No, an anaesthetic cream is applied before treatment, to avoid any discomfort.

Could it worsen my appearance?
No, before treatment you will be shown a temporary design, one which you like and which makes you feel comfortable.

Is it very obvious?
No, micropigmentation is very discrete. In fact, the result can be as natural as you would like it to be.
