This procedure consists of the injection of a purified natural protein, in minimum doses, which achieves a muscular relaxation, eliminating wrinkles on the area between the eyes, the forehead, and the area surrounding the eyes (crow's feet) with a spectacular result. The injection of Botulinum Toxin is a safe treatment which does not require an allergy test; it has been used in the U.S.A. for years, with exceptional results. The administered dose is very low and does not accumulate over years; i.e. our organism absorbs it and then eliminates it via the kidneys.
A fine needle is used to insert a few drops of the product on the surface of the skin, in an area where expression wrinkles are found, such as the area between the eyes.

Is it painful?
It's not painful; anesthetic is not necessary.
When does it take effect?
The result of Botulinum Toxin is first observed between the third and fifth day after treatment; during the first 15 days the wrinkles are eliminated progressively. The rejuvenation is evident, and the facial expression becomes more relaxed.
How long does the effect last?
The effect lasts approximately 6 months. Repeated application prolongs the effect, in such a way that the wrinkles become less and less noticeable, and the sessions can become more spaced out.
When can one return to normal life?
You can return to your normal life right after treatment.
Will marks remain?
No, immediately after treatment there is no apparent change noticed. Though it happens infrequently, there is the possibility that a small bruise will be produced, which can be hidden with make-up, and which disappears after a few days.
Does it fill the wrinkles?
No, it's not a filler material. It does not eliminate wrinkles by means of adding volume; it acts on the muscles of the face, relaxing them, which means a natural expression is maintained.
